Story behind the song
In 1993, I got a call from my sister, that my father's sister had passed away. I was not close to her but the pain I felt was the result of knowing that my dad was in pain. I went into a room and wrote this song for my Dad to help him through that tough time. This song is for anyone dealing with a loved one that has passed on to a better place.

This song is so soothing to the soul. I can't comment much on the lyrics cos I was so captivated by the melody. I can't believe that you did this with just an acoustic guitar and a mic. The production is awesome. I came across you when I was looking thru the forums on mixing. You did this all using Mixcraft? I never got that quality with Mixcraft, maybe can get some tips on mixing from ya! Great one! Keep it up!

Good to see ya back brother. Nice country acoustic song, I enjoyed the floating stereo acoustic effect. The message was well presented in some nicely written lyrics, and your vocals were perfect for the song?. Nice harmonies too!
