'Gemmeizah' which means "Sycamore tree" in Arabic, is an artistic project, set by a group of Egyptian musicians and poets who aren't necessarily professionals. 'Gemmeizah' looks to open a new arena for those who don't find their own way to the commercial market of music in Egypt, by providing the chance to cooperate between musicians in all types, poets, producers and who ever. The project has launched in 2004 by the poet "Nasser El-Nubi", and the composer "Ahmed Mostafa", and it showed its production in different places in Cairo.
