peaked at #6 in the PowerSource Magazine top 20 Inspirational Country music charts and stayed in the top 40 for an entire year. It is a particular honor to have been in the good company of some other fantastic artists like Joe Nichols and Jamie O'Neal as well as many others. Many, many thanks to Inspirational Country radio for sharing the message of with their audience - and an endless debt of gratitude to you who have supported me with your favorable response to their programming. My love to you who have made my cause your own. May we never take for granted the struggles of our friends and neighbors who suffer secretly in a life of domestic abuse Thanks to everyone who continues to play, purchase, download, and tell their friends about my songs. You fuel the fire that is Independent Music! A special thanks to Internet DJ's all over the world for sharing all my songs with their listeners and supporting all of us "Indies". You guys ROCK! is still available in its various media forms and I am thankful for its continued success. We have also added a store to the web site where you can pick up merchandise that compliments track two a song that we added to the project by overwhelming demand of the fans. It's called "With My Clothes On" and yes, it has every bit as much attitude as the name implies. But I'm not gonna try to explain it or defend it. You just have to check it out! "... Beth's country music pedigree is evident in her lyrics and style. Her folks were both musicians in their own right and let her cut her teeth on tunes written by Hall of Fame hero's like Harlan Howard and made famous by Country Music legends like Buck Owens, Loretta Lynn, and Conway Twitty (just to name a few). With her smooth delivery and love of harmony, Beth will not disappoint fans of traditional country - and will surprise contemporary fans with her affinity for up tempo, unpretentious lyrics." So sit back and enjoy "Beth's Music"!

Story behind the song
This tune tells the story of my music life (and maybe others out there). My dad couldn't give us a whole lot growing up, but he and mama gave us the gift of music. Looking back, music has been a better friend to me than some video game or sports fad. I'll keep it with me all my life. (Thanks, Dad.)
Lyrics
Jukebox Family By: Beth Davidson, BMI Copyright 2005 VERSE: Daddy’s gift was a second hand piano, A banjo and an old flat-top guitar. He was a jukebox full of songs Of living right and going wrong. He was a poor blue collar worker And a weekend tavern star. CHORUS: So here’s to Elvis Presley Feron Young and Patsy Cline. Blue Suede Shoes and Love Sick Blues, For you I walked the line. The beauty of Amazing Grace in 3 part harmony… I thank God above for Daddy’s love And my jukebox family. VERSE: When I turned 18 I packed my things and headed out. To find myself and some country music fame. Daddy didn’t say goodbye, He just looked me in the eye, And said, “girl you better do right By your jukebox family name.” CHORUS… VERSE: In a corner on a dusty stand sits an old banjo With worn out strings I never learned to play. It’s a sentimental token, of a circle that’s unbroken Cause by jukebox family’s never more Than a melody away… CHORUS…
