peaked at #6 in the PowerSource Magazine top 20 Inspirational Country music charts and stayed in the top 40 for an entire year. It is a particular honor to have been in the good company of some other fantastic artists like Joe Nichols and Jamie O'Neal as well as many others. Many, many thanks to Inspirational Country radio for sharing the message of with their audience - and an endless debt of gratitude to you who have supported me with your favorable response to their programming. My love to you who have made my cause your own. May we never take for granted the struggles of our friends and neighbors who suffer secretly in a life of domestic abuse Thanks to everyone who continues to play, purchase, download, and tell their friends about my songs. You fuel the fire that is Independent Music! A special thanks to Internet DJ's all over the world for sharing all my songs with their listeners and supporting all of us "Indies". You guys ROCK! is still available in its various media forms and I am thankful for its continued success. We have also added a store to the web site where you can pick up merchandise that compliments track two a song that we added to the project by overwhelming demand of the fans. It's called "With My Clothes On" and yes, it has every bit as much attitude as the name implies. But I'm not gonna try to explain it or defend it. You just have to check it out! "... Beth's country music pedigree is evident in her lyrics and style. Her folks were both musicians in their own right and let her cut her teeth on tunes written by Hall of Fame hero's like Harlan Howard and made famous by Country Music legends like Buck Owens, Loretta Lynn, and Conway Twitty (just to name a few). With her smooth delivery and love of harmony, Beth will not disappoint fans of traditional country - and will surprise contemporary fans with her affinity for up tempo, unpretentious lyrics." So sit back and enjoy "Beth's Music"!

Story behind the song
I was riding my motorcycle on the most incredibly beautiful late spring day. The honey suckle was just starting to bloom. I took in a deep breath and thought, "there ain't nothin sweeter than a honey suckle-on-a-fence-row high!" Before I could get home, the song was almost completely written in my head. Sometimes, life is great just the way it is.
Lyrics
Good Life By: Beth Davidson VERSE: I got an old guitar I can't really play. I pull it out when I feel a little down or I’m in a bad way. Pop an 8-track in of Old Hank Williams songs. Cause old Hank don’t mind when I try to strum along. VERSE: Got a Harley in the drive where I guess my car should be. Don’t impress a lot of folks in their mini-vans and SUV’s. Ain’t nothin’ sweeter than a honey-suckle-on-a-fence-row high. When I need a taste of freedom I just twist the grips and let her fly! CHORUS: Yeah, I’m livin’ a good life. I ain’t a made for T.V. wife. What you get is what you see. Yeah, I learned it’s okay to say “I quit”, if that corporate suit don’t fit, And walk away with my dignity. VERSE: I can’t tell you name on the label of my favorite blue jeans. There’s a hole in the pocket and they’re worn a little thin at the seams. I don’t need a magazine fashion-queen tellin’ me it’s alright. Cause these ol’ jeans go perfect with a beer on a Saturday night. CHORUS…
