On the Spring and Vernal Equinox some Native Americans celebrate by doing a purification sweat lodge and ceremonial cactus tea. The event lasts from sunset to sunrise. This song was born on such a night.

I bring songs about love, spirit, sustainability, family, fun, peace, freedom and Aloha.
Aloha, I moved to Maui from the West Coast of California in 1974. Traveled the world. Played in clubs and bars, at camp fires and festivals, on boats and trains, in living rooms and parties and main stage for 10,000 people. Still going strong. I write songs about life, love and the pursuit of nothing-ness. We all need each other to make life work. The latest CD was recorded in the jungle on Maui with solar power. Stream on Spotify, Pandora, iTunes and ReverbNation. Cd's available. Be kind. Michael Sky: Vocals, guitars, mandolin, bass, harmonica.

Lyrics
Medicine Wheel a man for all seasons. He'll travel round the wheel in search of a reason. If he only makes it halfway, he is only half a man. Medicine Wheel a man for all seasons. He'll travel round the wheel until it ends... though the learning wheel of life never ends. To the north lies wisdom and the clearing sky, the south is of perceiving, wherever our heart lies, to the east illumination... where the eagle flies the west introspection... to look deep inside. Medicine Wheel a man for all seasons. Medicine Wheel a man of the heart. Travel round the wheel till it ends... though the learning wheel of life... never ends.
