Story behind the song
This is a very moving love Ballad about the devvotion of man and wife through the years. It was written by two of the UK's finest song writers Sue Bennett and Lorna Flowers. It is a great song and i feel privileged to have had the opportunity to record it and include it as the title track on my forthcoming album.

As soon as i heard this song i thought that you needed to have more original songs of this quality written for you, the traditional country songs are well and good but when given your own songs to sing you really do shine above all else. I often think of what it must have been like to live in my grandparents era when i hear this song...and coming from a dancing background i can kind of relate to it myself :-) The people wrote this GEM (note: emphasis on the gem) need to write more for your next solo album....and if so then i really really look forward to the new album even more.
