Story behind the song
Dedicated to my mother.
Lyrics
Circle of life Ends generations Give way to the new Birth of creation Remember the youth in us Running through our veins The age of immortality Living in the fast lane Never thought for a minute The days could ever run out Never thought for an instant What reality's all about - surrendering all Tears in the wind Blow to the distance Tell me if I could stop time If I find your tears in the wind Memories burn down The candle is fading Another cycle Starts again Tears in the wind Blow to the distance Tell me could I Stop your tears in the wind Copyright 2006 - Bob Forbes

Well crafted tune man! I dont think I mentioned it before? but sometimes your vocals remind me of one of the dudes that did vocals w/Alan Parsons.... Good work Bob!

Really nice flow Bob...liked the lyrics, especially the way you did the last two lines of the chorus. Sweet harmonies and interesting chord changes. I can see Jenn's analogy to Phil Collins..has that aire to it. Nice dedication.

Bobby from the mega-monster-songmaker to the soft singer full of emotions. Variously musician you are! Best wishes from Inge - now on vacation.
