Story behind the song
This is an extended version of a song I wrote about my wife Stacy. She was a little upset that it was the shortest song on my CD, so after about 5 attempts to extend it throughout the past year, all unsuccessful I decided to wing it last week, and this is the result. It's decidedly different than the original version, although the organ line is still there, almost exactly like the original version. By the way, Stacy hates it, but I think now that I know her deeper, this pretty well captures her musically. She prefers the older, shorter version. Go figure?
