Story behind the song
"Der Mond" means "The Moon" (or "La Luna", in italian and "La Lune" in french). The track ideally describes the man reaching for the space, and building cities across the cosmos... When we started to work on this track, was quite different. More piano and less electronica. Then we decided to bring it's classical flavors in another direction, more "future oriented" and more spacey... but the final touch was given by the sound of a mini-Moog. And after some month we were striken by the news that Bob Moog died. So, in some way, we want to dedicate this track to his memory. Bob, you changed the musical world and left your print in the music history. Thank you for everything, and rest in peace...
