Blue Menagerie is all about free music and performance. It is an acoustic project putting together all of the best material I have written under one collective name. It is basically a life's story about my experiences, observations and opinions. The Blue Menagerie vision started about 10 years ago and I have songs that have lasted that long. Although my style has changed over the years and my writing has matured, sometimes the early raw, naive stuff is some of the most original you write. Who was it that said all music is either plagerism or revolution...?

the thrill of it all learn to fly without wings i hear a voice and start to sing begin to write with my bare hands put thoughts to paper.... i can build a tower and watch it fall down for days i can spend the hours reflecting on the pain the lessons i have learned are all laid out in song or celebrate in turn the things that now are gone its the thrill of it all that has soaked up all these tears the thrill of it all's kept me writing all these years the thrill of it all helps me learn from these mistakes and the thrill of it all its what keeps me awake i never followed my lifes plan through all the searching for who i am i place my trust in what i do not things around me... i've left all my possessions which distract me from the aim to play these chords of wonder without the fortune or the fame now i might not have much but i have everything cos the thrill of it all keeps me smiling in my ways its the thrill of it all which has shown me the light the thrill of it all burns all my candles bright the thrill of it all i've never wanted to fly the thrill of it all my dreams are here to write if you do the thing you've always wanted to a ring of pleasure wraps itself around you solo this is my opinion what i've understood wrapped up in my emotion just to make all you feel good these songs are like chocoloates filled with gold or maybe just the parts of me i want you to know its the thrill of it all that makes me wanna hide but the thrill of it all that makes me come alive its the thrill of it all that keeps me up at night its the thrill of it all that makes me feel so high
