At the age of 10, Andrea Barbee was singing in both the school and church choirs gathering experience and confidence in her talent to perform in front of large crowds. Growing up in a musical household, in which her mother was already pursuing a career as a beautiful songstress, Andrea quickly learned to follow her dream of becomming a superstar in the music entertainment industry. Andrea's style and charismatic approach to life has increased simultaneously with her evolution into superstardom. While developing her singing skills in in classical and contemporary vocal training, she is also an accomplised dancer and has danced with both school and professional dance troops that range from hip-hop to ballet dancing. Now, at age 18, Andrea has teamed up with the DC area team of super-producers (District Bullyz, aka. 'Da Bullyz) to embark on what appears to be a voyage straight into the heart of superstardom. In her debut single, "Too Late" featuring Nick Bagg (of Nitti Records), Ms. Barbee establishes her independence as not only from a relationship, but also establishes her arrival into womanhood. In her mix tape follow-up, Andrea rips up the Diplomats track entitled "Thug Muzik", where she declares "I AM SO DAMN AMAZING" and personifies that energy through her melodies. It is safe to say that Andrea Barbee is to become the next big idol in the music industry, but if you just take a listen to her, her music will re-affirm that statement for you.
