You will no doubt fall in love with the smooth vocals and soulful melodies of Marvin Lyon Jr. (a.k.a. ML Jr.). Born and raised in Springfield Massachusetts, this singer/songwriter is a rising star in the R&B genre. Growing up with a father who was the lead singer in several local bands, it wasn't long before ML Jr. developed a love and talent for music. He sang and performed in various groups during his elementary and secondary school years, as well as at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After college, ML Jr. traveled and performed with PRS 7, a group similar in style to Boyz II Men and Az Yet. PRS 7 won top prizes in competitions at both Amateur Night at the Apollo and Showtime at the Apollo. Also, the group's single release "I'll Teach You What Love Is" achieved a great deal of success in the New England area.
