Hi! Welcome to my page. I'm a busy mom of 4 that dabbles in songwriting from time to time. I haven't uploaded a lot of new material in a while. Working on that. I want to branch out into other genres. Collaborators welcome! My strength lies in melody writing and instrumental music, and I have collaborated with many talented lyricists. Every so often I come up with a lyric on my own. You can listen to several collaborations as well as my solo projects on my music page. If you are an artist, publisher, or rep who is interested in one or more of the songs, please contact me through the email link.

Story behind the song
We hear a lot of songs that say "You cheated on me and I'm leaving". I liked that this one said "You didn't cheat on me, and I'm sorry that I thought you did". A different take on the never ending subject on who's being faithful to whom. :)
Lyrics
Your leavin was supposed to be The craziest thing I'd heard of But I found when I got home The accusations started Confusion and Despair Began to fill your eyes It was me who betrayed you When I bought into all the lies To think that I ever did Causes me to shudder When I think how close I came To losing you forever To think that I ever did I know it's a little late now For me to take things back And I know that you've forgiven me For the feelings that I lacked But I still feel ashamed For doubting your integrity What kind of fool could think That you would ever cheat on me To think that I ever did Causes me to shudder When I think how close I came To losing you forever To think that I ever did yeah How could I have been so blind I should have known you better There was never any question Of what we had together To think that I ever did Causes me to shudder When I think how close I came To losing you forever To think that I ever did
