This is the first piece in an installment of classical pieces, all of which are inspired by the Ocean. This one is my representation of waves at night - powerful, mysterious, graceful, beautiful.

Hey everyone! Welcome to my SoundClick band page. I'm Evan Barnes, the guy behind Hybrid Sphere, and I'm one of only two monarchs of Spoiler Nation (more to come on that in the futurrrre). I'm still developing my style and learning music theory, so don't be surprised when my style varies from song to song. This music project of mine has been going on since I was about 13 (now I'm 20), so a lot of the music on here is from years ago! My style has changed since then. Regardless, I hope you can find something that pleases you (in whatever way you want) while you're here!

Story behind the song
I was sitting on a beach in Mexico. It was 11 or 12 o'clock at night. I could barely see by the distant lights of a beach party. Sitting as near to the water as I dared, I wrapped myself in the beauty of the night-time ocean. This song was inspired by the feelings I had while sitting next to the waves.
