Brite Phoenix is a Rhode Island based band that was organized in 2001 as a creative outlet for its members, Scott Blessinger and Nick K. From the beginning the band set out looking for a new alternative sound, and they have found it! Their music blends alternative acoustic rock sounds with more traditional Celtic and World music. Their passion for good music shines through in all their songs. Scott has been playing lefty bass for 15 years, and developing his vocal skills for the past 5. Nick has been playing guitar for 12. Together they gave a wide range of musical influences, which adds to the diversity of their music. From Green Day and Type-O-Negative to Old School British Punk, Blues, and Traditional Celtic Music.
