It has been a battle cry of old fogies picking on rock since the 1950's to refer to the genre as "Jungle Music". Well, I can remember thinking as a kid, "I could understand how it wouldn't be your 'cup of tea' but, it doesn't sound anything like "Jungle Music" to me. So, when I set out composing this, my intention was to create a good rock song that REALLY DID sound like "Jungle Music". I got to working with the drum beats and a few bars into it I thought to myself, "That sounds more like a native american wardance than natives in the jungle." On further consideration I decided native americans sounded better anyway, so I just went with that theme instead.
