Lyrics
It's a rainy winters day, out on the bay
and I'm just a man, who lost his way
and I wish I had someone, I could tell my troubles to, I wish I had someone baby
Someone like you, but at least I have my guitar, and I keep on play'n the blues,
Yea at least I got my guitar baby,
And I keep on pay'n my dues, ta play the blues, and I'm pay'n my dues
The rain keep fall'n down, down on the ground, and my head keeps on spin'n,
I feel so helpless and so down
But I wish I had someone, someone like you,
I wish I had someone baby, but I keep on play'n the blues, and I'm pay'n my dues,
ta play the blues.
guitar solo
The rain keep fall'n down, down on the ground, and my head keeps on spin'n,
while the world is turn'n round,
and I wish I had someone, I could tell my troubles to, I wish I had someone baby, but I keep on play'n the blues, and I'm pay'n my dues, ta play the blues, and I'm play'n the blues, short solo I got the blues so bad baby,
you know I can't even sleep at night,
I can't even eat, I'm a frightful sight,
I got the blues baby, I got the blues so bad
so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad
it's so bad, I meen I got 'em bad.
