Story behind the song
We are always into the fusion of many musical genders, and specially Celtic/Irish, that has so nice vocal lines, sometimes happy tunes or very melancholic but sweet ones. This song, in particular, is delicate and haunting, and our first collaboration with Jered McKenna (see his link in our link page and visit his site to listen to more of his excellent musical skills). When Augusto did work on this song, at start thought to a TWM piano play, but just had a listen to Jered's last composition at the moment (that was "The Sky") and thought it would be the perfect style for this song... So he proposed to start a TWM-McKenna collab already from this song, and here we are: an awesome piano play for a very sweet and melancholic song, with Piano, Celtic voices, fiddle and bari saxophone!
Lyrics
