The artist lists Enigma amongst his influences and this is very apparent when listening to this. This comparison may well prove to be a negative one as I think a lot of people got sick of Enigma's propensity for milking the same idea to death. It would be a shame if that prevented people from listening to this piece as it deserves more than being dismissed as another Enigma clone. The artist has used more elements to their music than you often find in new age type pieces, the most notable of which are the operatic vocals which are excellent. Piano and strings are brought in and out throughout and although this sort of stuff is generally regarded as background music, this has more than enough going on to command your full attention; the sound quality is also very high.
