He also played all instruments and vocals on all songs, except on the album (produced by the African American producer Forrest Thomas) and on the Dutch song 'Doe Maar Multicultureel'. In these songs, Doc Jazz collaborated with prominent professionals from the Dutch jazz and fusion scene. His music can be found in a wide variety of styles ranging from piano ballads to funky music with a groove and with a taste of Doc Jazz's characteristic rock guitar solos (and on 'Front Door Key' the mesmerizing saxophone solos of Susanne Alt) - in three languages:. A Palestinian short shepherd's flute called the is also often featured in the songs. One last note: don't assume the music of Doc Jazz is only political! If you scroll through the vast collection of songs, you will find many songs about other subjects of love, and of life!

Story behind the song
Words & Music: Doc Jazz Featuring: Doc Jazz on vocals, acoustic drums, bass and keyboards If you understand this song as hatred towards Americans you are wrong ... take it as an encouragement to turn the USA in a peaceful nation instead of a nation of warmongers!
Lyrics
1.I've had enough of seeing the world Being ruined by the whims of a few I've had enough of passively waiting Theres gotta be a thing we can do Weve come a long way learning that people Have the right to live a life of their own Why would we stand and watch one nation Treat the planet like a military zone (bridge) The time has come to speak up loud and say That freedom isnt earned the American way (chorus) Stand up people for freedom for all Dont rule the world with the law of the gun We're all people Freedom for all Tell me someday we'll all be one 2. Who defined civilization Who split the world into one two and three (what you talkin 'bout "Third World"?) Why do we have the United Nations If we dont treat it with equality Superpowers with murderous habits Send their soldiers into foreign lands Reinstalling the law of the jungle Until the power is in their hands 3. Palestine under occupation Thats violated international law This racial discrimination Will bring the world to the brink of its fall Let's get it right, we can do better Dismantle the MIC (Military-Industrial Complex) A war machine that feeds on people Cant be a motor for democracy
