Gallup/Hurley/Naelitz (c)2001 Vocals by Tracy Lundgren
I have written or cowritten all the lyrics on this site. The vocals in most cases are performed by the composers or by professional demo singers. You really wouldn't want to hear me do my own material! I find that the creative give and take of the collaboration process is genuinely stimulating and enjoy working with a variety of composers. Much of my work is in the country genre but I also have dabbled in gospel, blues and even a few children's songs.

It’s A Little Too Little (And A Lotta Too Late) © 2001 Hurley/Gallup/Naelitz One and one still equals two You seem to think it equals three I saw you out with her last night So your story lacks consistency You were clearly quite preoccupied Guess she was your emergency So don't come sporting flowers Tryin’ to make it up to me It's a little too little And a lotta too late A little too little And a lotta too late You vowed you'd always love me I never knew that what you meant Was that you'd love me when you had time After she was the one content Why bother coming home at all Once your energy's all spent So don't come bringing chocolates I’ll survive through this pretense It's a little too little And a lotta too late A little too little And a lotta too late I know it's tough to find a diamond But I thought I'd finally found a jewel Since you've proved that you're a player You won't play me for a fool So don't come apologizing You just made your last mistake I ain’t gonna hang around no more I had all that I can take It's a little too little And a lotta too late A little too little And a lotta too late It's a little too little And a lotta too late A little too little And a lotta too late
