This is the 3rd version of my instrumental "Dreaming". This song was performed by a band we created, called The SoundClique. Rey Varela wrote the lyrics, performed the vocals and played acoustig bass. Thomas Dobson plays the slide-guitar.

Cheers, Everyone! I was born and raised in Germany and moved permanently to the U.S. in 1986. As a young guy (age 18) I've taught myself to play the guitar and soon expanded to other stringed instruments and the piano (well, keyboard!). I've been playing live gigs for years, then took a little break. Soon, I picked up composing and songwriting again. I've been around for music for over 30 years and it still remains one of my biggest passions in life.

Story behind the song
Just a piece of music that inspired some artists and we came up with this collaboration. There's yet another, somewhat jazzy version to come... so, it will end up being 4 versions in total. Is that nuts or what? Enjoy!
Lyrics
There's a place inside my mind when i close my eyes where light begins to fade and yet-all that i see is colour everywhere in a land of far away the deeper that i fall the clearer it is all breaking down the walls there are no boundries here the darker it becomes the lesser are my fears in a land far away i close my eyes and clear my mind as i drift into infinity the deeper that i fall the clearer it is all in a land of far away the darker it becomes the lesser are my fears in a land of in a land far away
