WELCOME TO THE SOUNDCLICK PAGE OF ALEXIS PATRICK ALSO LEXI, and LEKZEE PATRICK , FROM CORTLAND, OHIO...... THE SAME ARTIST AND PERSON. SHE IS A FEMALE SINGER, COMPOSER, SONGWRITER, AND MUSICIAN, BORN ON THE NORTH SIDE OF YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO, IN MAHONING COUNTY, IN THE U.S.A.. SHE STILL REFERS TO IT AS HER TOWN . SHE IS A MEMBER OF BOOT HILL BAIT MUSIC IN VIENNA, OHIO. She studied music at Theodore P. Patrick's School Of Music, even BEFORE she attended Lynn-Kirk Elementary School, Frank Ohl Jr. High School and Austintown Fitch High School. She and her brother Ted, and their father, had a band called SUPERNATURAL for years. She is of KYIV UKRAINIAN and Carpathian Romanian descent, with a significant amount of Slovak and Vienna German mixed in, and she gets along with most all people, as America is a melting cauldron of many nationalities. She is a believer in World peace and feels that war is unnecessary. She arranges her music and the instrumental and vocal arrangements, as she composes each composition. She produces and does sound work on her own recordings, EXCEPT For Collaborations. We all do that. Her Dad's father was a Violin and Cello maker from the UKRAINE and he went to come to the U.S.A. Lekzee and Ted 's Mother was a Classical Violin teacher. Their father was a Saxophone player in Big Bebop Band. Each parent had a band. That is how they met. And so, she has a musical family background, raised on Classical and Big Band Jazz. HER VOCALS AND HARMONIES ARE ALL NATURAL, AND HER MUSIC IS ALL DONE THE OLD FASHIONED WAY FOR THE MOST OF IT. SHE PLAYS PIANO, GUITAR, VIOLIN, DRUMS, and BASS GUITAR. SHE ALSO SINGS "IN CHARACTER VOCALS "... MOOD OF SONG. HER MUSIC IS BEAUTIFUL, VERY UNIQUE, AND SOMETIMES STRANGE. I FIND HER VOICE EUPHORIC, EERIE, AND COMPELLING, YET, WHEN WE SING ALONG WITH HER, THOSE EERIE LYRICS CERTAINLY ARE DIFFERENT. SHE IS WILLING TO LEASE OUT SONGS TO BIG NAME ARTISTS TO RECORD. SHE IS AFFILIATED WITH ASCAP. SHE ALSO SEEKS A CONTRACT WITH A MAJOR RECORDING COMPANY. ALL OF HER SONGS ARE COPYRIGHTED, AND THEY ARE PUBLISHED WITH AFFILIATES APACHE WELLS BANK MUSIC, INC..

Story behind the song
I composed this Classical song honoring FBI Supervisory Special Agent Mark Johnston.
Lyrics
FBI Supervisory Special Agent Mark Johnston 1952 - 2017 On the morning of September 11, 2001, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 were commandeered by terrorists and crashed into the north and south towers of the World Trade Center in New York City. Later that morning, both towers and surrounding buildings collapsed, sending a large cloud of toxic dust and smoldering debris through lower Manhattan. Supervisory Special Agent Mark Johnston, who worked in the Newark Field Offices Atlantic City Resident Agency, responded to ground zero on 9/11, serving as an employee assistance program counselor. In the days and weeks following the attacks, he escorted personnel who lacked security clearances to sensitive areas of the World Trade Center site, including the FBI command center. In 2011, Johnston was diagnosed with bile duct and ampulla of vater cancer, which was also found in his lymph nodes. He succumbed to the disease on September 12, 2017. Extensive research by the Centers for Disease Control and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health established sufficient evidence that Johnstons exposure to the air in and around the World Trade Center site either precipitated or accelerated his development of the cancer. Supervisory Special Agent Johnston entered on duty with the FBI in May 1983. https://www.fbi.gov/history/wall-of-honor/mark-johnston

beautiful tune and overall composition Alexis, well done! I remember the morning after the atrocity (it happened late into the evening before for us here) and I was talking to building folk in industry I was aligned with at the time and they said the amount of deaths in the years to come, attributed to the dust and debris which would bring on cancers, emphysema and lung diseases associated directly with being in the wrong place at wrong time would be staggering...funny never have seen a media report about that...probably not likely to...great tribute!

Very nice tribute. And no words required. Wonder if anyone knows the number of victims beyond the original day. A tragedy for all.

A beautiful creation dedicated to a courageous individual. Optimistic, sweetly voiced, at times nostalgic, sauntering, angelically melodic, special, masterful.

We'd just got in from country walking and saw the whole thing live. The dust must have been full of carcinogens - so many have died in subsequent years. A worthy tribute.

A true hero runs to the sound of people in distress, danger is never a consideration, reward is never contemplated. Mark Johnston's reward will be eternal. Thanks for the tribute Alexis.
