Mechanical Lobster hail from the veritable hot bed of musical talent that is Guernsey, Channel Islands UK. Mixing a funk bassist, a punk looking but Slayer loving drummer, a lead guitarist that wants to be in Pink Floyd, a keyboard player that is also a techno / trance DJ, a rhythm guitarist that would rather be at the bar and a lead singer famed for "antics" they can be a handful. Their first album, "The Best Of Mechanical Lobster" is due out end of July 2004
