Story behind the song
The German Legends of the Brothers Grimm (Deutsche Sagen) recount two German folk tales of a headless horseman being spotted with their own eyes. One is set near Dresden in Saxony. In this tale, a woman from Dresden goes out early one Sunday morning to gather acorns in a forest. At a place called "Lost Waters", she hears a( hunting horn). When she hears it again, she turns around and she sees a headless man in a long grey coat sitting on a grey horse.

So beautiful and Goth. Cool effects and soundwork. Has a very epic flair to it...one of your best songs.
Surprises all around, creepy fun for all. :) The bells are great and when the horseman rides in it's simply superb.

Wow, such drama on Halloween. Crazy in a very nice way, with many elements of the past (Middle Ages). And chaotically, haunting and scary. Good job!

Sensational composition Rod. I can visualized the Headless Horseman riding toward me invoking interest and then fright. I run for cover only to look back for a brief moment to see his silhouette in the full moon light. A real scary musical treat. Excellent fx. Happy Halloween
