Just another singer/songwriter. I play all my own instruments (except drums) and record on a Boss BR1200CD standalone multi-track recorder
Just an old Back To The Land hippie that stuck to his plan.

Nice to hear this version by you and you do it justice and then some. The guitar fills are perfect, not overdone and just right. The vocals are sounding great as well. Nice one!

Perfect warm melody...smooth singing...snappy guitar pickin' and strumming. A fine acoustic performance as usual Charlie. Enjoyable. PS-Cool song description and pix to.:)

Don't know if this is recent for you, but I agree with Jamey, it sounds effortless, to me it comes all the way from Hank Williams, travelled America and runs through Pine Wind Farm, it's DNA is part of you but bypassed the UK,thanks for being there.

Really fine cover of this classic song! A lot of folks helped make this a hit George Jones, Lee Ann Womack, Johnny Paycheck and the Flying Burrito Brothers is who I remember the most. Acoustic songs are some of my favorites and you have done a great job on this one!
