I am Andrew Negustorov - one-man band musician from Russia. The main motive of making music for me is the need to realize the creative potential.
Andrew N Project is the band that consists from the only participant so that is simply the artistic name of the one-man band musician who composes the music, plays all instruments (guitars, bass, keyboards), programs drum lines and makes all the necessary things related to sound-engineering. His - i.e. my - name is Andrew Negustorov

Story behind the song
Initially I composed only good sounding harmony with a cosmic timbre of synthesizer and it seemed that the music didn't demand any other means, but I liked it so much so later decided to make full work. All is around the harmony which is however is not on the foreground but making the feeling of cosmic bottomless & eternity - also together with a certain sense of anxiety and helplessness of a man in this abyss. "Abyss Above My Head" - that is the picture of the night sky & a man who stares at this sky...

I agree with Bob the bass takes center stage in this fine instrumental. Guitar parts are tastefully weaving in and out and the soundtrack has a hint of mysterious intrigue going on. What a great soundtrack!

This track displays a wonderful sense of feeling from the opening...So many cool musical elements: The punchy bass riffs/solo, the guitar work (wah and solo),the cool pads underneath,along with the haunting orchestration. Wow. Highly creative and extremely impressive piece of work Andrew.

Especially liked the bass soloing here - great atmospheric soundtrack for a sci-fi flick. Cool guitar riffs along with the wah-rhythm - another fantastic Instrumental Rock ballad!
