Story behind the song
This was the beginning of all this. I moved to Williamsport, PA and the pastor at Antioch Baptist Church found out I could rap and asked me to make a song to perform at their annual block party. One of the young ladies in the church shared this instrumental with me and I immediately heard the chorus in my head. If you listen to the voice on the instrumental, to me, it sounds like she's saying "head up". So I went with that theme and dropped an instant hit. Everyone loved it and I performed this song in front of the church on a Sunday and in front of over 3000 people that summer. Good times!
