Story behind the song
This song is dedicated to The Worldwide Remnant of Christ a.k.a. The Bride of LORD Jesus Christ. We count nothing more important, in this life, than having our Savior and LORD to physically return. We know that it is perturbing to some who thinks this desire is about us escaping the wrath that the Word of GOD says we're not subjected to. However, it is far from desiring to escape, although LORD Jesus instructed us, according to Luke 21:36, "Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to "escape" all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” We say "Come LORD because we love Him and HIS will for HIS people, Worldwide. And we are also being considerate of those who are being martyred in other Countries. It is our prayer that those who don't want the same thing to go your way and do what you do. We are in Divine peace saying, according to Revelation 22:20, "Come, LORD Jesus."
LORD Jesus said, according to Matthew 7:21-23, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘LORD, LORD,' shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My FATHER in Heaven. “Many will say to Me in that day, ‘LORD, LORD, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
Also there is a crown awaiting us for desiring His return. Apostle Paul revealed the purpose for the crown being rewarded according to 2 Timothy 4:8, "Now there is in store for me the Crown of Righteousness, which the LORD, the Righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for HIS appearing."
We are longing for the LORD to physically fulfill 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, "...For the LORD Himself will come down from HEAVEN, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the Trumpet Call of GOD, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. And so we will be with the LORD forever."
LORD Jesus promised, “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the FATHER in My name HE will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.”
Revelation 22:20, "...He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” "Amen." "Come, LORD Jesus."
