Story behind the song
"A dear family friend, Herbert Brown, called and said he had some music tracks. He brought them over and being a Psalmist of the LORD, i just let HIS Holy Spirit give me what to sing. This song is entitled FAITHFULLY. It is a testimony of the faithfulness of my Savior and LORD in my life throughout the years. And GOD will continue to be my Shield and Buckler until the rapture of the Church. I'm thankful, content, and more than pleased with who GOD is in my life. So many, all over the World, are experiencing martyrdom, persecutions of every kind, homelessness, hunger, below poverty level living conditions, etc. Yet many of us who have homes, cars, money, food to eat, friends, technology to pass the time away playing games of every sort, find time to be bored, complain about trivial things, and unhappy about things that others would be more than happy to have and be content with. How unfortunate it is to be so blessed and miss it all because the lust of the eye, lust of the flesh and pride of life becomes an insatiable desire that can never be appeased in this life. At the same time, this World is going through what the Heavenly FATHER has predestined and prophesied to happen. It's HIS World, HE created it and HE can sovereignly do what HE wants to with it and its future. You do know that it's about HIS Son(Jesus) returning don't you? That is why I can look at it all and hear it all but still choose to be glad & sing songs of worship to GOD. We are experiencing the inevitable.
