What a delight this was on a Sunday morning listen, agree about the purple rain feel through the intro, but this is a masterpiece in it's own right, CLASS !

Such a good feeling in this. Superb guitar sound, reminds me a bit of Prince's "Purple Rain". The playing is patient, playful and relaxing. Shows that this a musician that knows his instrument very well and who apparently effortlessly creates wonderful, uplifting guitar lines. Super work, Mike!

I've sure had my share of meloncholy mornings...and this music paints them well. Interesting mix with the trem/echo type effect on L channel and that chorusy tone on the R channel. Makes it real drifty...like the snow that refuses to melt here! Nice ride Mike.
