Malicious intent for law officers enforcing laws that shouldn't exist. Especially those that only became cops so they could have an action packed job, but are to ignorant to realize they live in a boring area, so now they harass people that aren't harming or endangering anyone, all because they ran out of donuts and are now stuck either staring off into nowhere or pulling people over to keep from getting bored!
