Strange music for strange people.
Dollar Bill and The Unmentionables has been recording slightly silly music since 1989. In 2010 we started making videos to stare at while the song plays. Genre: varies, sometimes within the same song even. Be sure to check out the video page, as many of the songs have super high-budget (i.e. $0) music videos

Story behind the song
Did it really need the theremin solo? Uploaded in celebration of my first ever sale of a cue for use in TV which was based on this song. http://youtu.be/cgT5lOURaOk?t=21m33s

Well, i like instrumentals to start with...and this one is a hoot. It's got so much that i like...cool rhythm guitar track, progressive rock changes, a touch of punk even at times...stops, tempo changes...the works! That "lunacy" at 3:40 is insane! The wah section is cool. Very creative tune, well mixed and fun to listen to. Thanks for the ride!

Nice layering and a very catchy riff and rhythm section, I can see why this caught the medias attention :)

Very nice. Sounds like 3 or 4 guitars harmonizing and showcasing various effects. Got some great sounds. Some very interesting sounds.

Superb guitar arrangement with nice breaks and interesting happenings. Really cool Theremin play at the 3:34 mark and love the tempo deceleration at the end. Congrats on TV cue contract.

What's a TV cue? As you can see, I'm cueless! I watched the YouTube piece and assume it's the accompanying music - very cool & congrats on the sale!. Very nice variety of guitar work on "Lunacy" and nicely arranged and produced!

Great classic rock here with lots of riffs and all kinds guitars wailing and riffin' away. The 6/4 beat is hardly noticed because of the natural, smooth playing, but it does add a sense of the instruments chasing each other without ever catching up. The theremin solo is brillant and makes the piece stand out from other instrumental rocksongs. Great work, Bill. You are a great musician!
