An old song from 2002, Unmentionable Jeff B. on drums. Back in the days before (I had) real editing, plus Jeff had to record the drums last after everything else was done.

Strange music for strange people.
Dollar Bill and The Unmentionables has been recording slightly silly music since 1989. In 2010 we started making videos to stare at while the song plays. Genre: varies, sometimes within the same song even. Be sure to check out the video page, as many of the songs have super high-budget (i.e. $0) music videos

Story behind the song
2014 re-master of an old tune that was intended to have lyrics. The full title of the song is "Gummi Bear Holocaust." Jeff Barrett played drums. Bill played guitars, basses, banjo, mandolin, bongos, jingle bells, a jar half full of jelly beans, a goat-skin frame drum, a cooking pot half filled with water sloshing about, tambourine, fish guiro, gourd pipe (elephant nose flute), pan tuba, submarine alarm bell, and a cannon shell.

Pleasing eccentric in a exceptional way...love the rhythm oddity of this track. Killer guitar work. Wonderful arrangement. Highly creative work as usual from you Bill.

Familiar and totally off-kilter at the same time, keeping the listener a bit off balance while ROCKING the house :D

Nice guitar tones and sweet/killer guitar solos - hear some blues and fusion elements here. The bass kicks and the post production drums are great! Very gummy and cool Dollar Bill!
