i woke up to the smell of the neverafter
blood-spattered creatures
standing over my bed
i tried to get away but
they had my hands and legs bound
in razor wire
they took me down to where the screams
of the other children
fill the ears and terrify the soul
i began to cry and
they began to laugh as they
locked me in a cage and left me there, waiting
SOMEONE, ANYONE PLEASE COME SAVE ME
THEY'VE BEEN EATING ME PIECE BY PIECE
EVERY NIGHT THEY COME TO MY CELL
AND CUT OFF ANOTHER SLICE OF MEAT

but then i heard their footsteps
and knew that soon it would be
time for the torture to really begin
they were carrying meat hooks
and gleaming daggers
they hung me from the ceiling like a pig
and as i dangled, bleeding
from my achilles tendons
they began to make incisions
