Story behind the song
I've always been interested into irish traditions and tunes, so while searching for a new song, I just had the crazy idea to transform an Irish tune into some kind of Jazz. We started to play around with the intense and amazing voice of Julie Murphy (we do use it under regular licence by AMG) that you may hear in this song. So, we added an electronic drum and a bass line, then both Tony and Roby did want to add their instruments, thinking the rhytm was catchy. And so this track became what you may hear: a sad traditional song that now it looks more like club jazz.
Lyrics
The song is instrumental, as all our production. Voice is "just" an amazing instrument. Reached #2 Smooth Jazz, #2 in Jazz.
