Artist picture
20 years deep in the craft - raw bars, real stories, and soul-driven hip-hop straight from the hills of West Virginia
I’m an underground rapper from Morgantown, WV, and I’ve been rapping, writing, and producing albums for over 20 years. My name’s a throwback to hip-hop’s roots when "def" meant excellent and an MC was more than just a rapper; he was a storyteller and a presence. My sound draws inspiration from East Coast artists like Nas, A Tribe Called Quest, and Lupe Fiasco. At the end of the day, I’m just here to make meaningful music that cuts through the noise and tells my story.

[Intro] Damn, I love the way this beat sounds, so you know I'ma kill it, haha Feel this out there, D? We're making history. Ayo, haha [Chorus] Run it back, run it back, back (Making a classic) Run it back, run it back, back (Guess, guess, guess who's back?) 3943'9" West 8014'55" (Old-school feel with the new school slang) (And my flow still tight when I'm about to get neutral) Run it back, run it back, back (Making a classic) Run it back, run it back, back (Guess, guess, guess who's back?) 3943'9" West 8014'55" (Old-school feel with the new school slang) (And my flow still tight when I'm about to get neutral) [Verse 1] I'm off the chain smiley Like a bandana hooked to a padlock To the side of your brain Let's spread the caution tape Bring shawties and Tanqueray Exit double doors clear, so haters can leave the stage I'm clad in Gang C's, these gangsta no-G's Couldn't do how I do - like me, I flow through Do I owe you? I guess I'm only voice that ever matters Now rust while I shine I'm dressed to the nines, so me? I made mines Femmes climb to the stage to catch some clean vibes I got stage presence as large as D Fly You can catch us in the back, we max with mad dimes, 'cause (ha) [Chorus] [Verse 2] I kill Achilles - just a matter kickin' tendons I grace the stage skillin' while ya'll recite your writtens I suggest haters invest in warm mittens I perform triple dekes in more than cold conditions Very well known for zone-to-zone switching My kiddas, they all stoked, no shown, no none given 'Cause I'm hip hop, these haters are just image It's gettin' pretty ugly in this hip-hop business Quick to pull back, the hammers that click-clack Now that stimulates, no need for government kick-backs But chick gone need WIC as soon as I hit that Believe I'm hittin' gyms, my wrist to fist pack Shades and white flags, with jeans and dog tags Money clip looking fresh, good looks to young Def I ain't gotta try, dope rhymes is so fresh I'm not perfectionist, though still the perfectest, 'cause (ha) [Chorus] [Verse 3] No snitchin', back stabbin', spit, I split cabbage My style is to walk right in, and just have it This mic is my knife, intent to do damage My sight set to split your mind with "damn that it" Your chick be "damn daddy", but damn I done had it Stealin' on your crew like crooks or crack addicts I'm done with metaphors, they whack as mic static Ecstatic as it gets, just me, the mic, havoc The pressure tat, tat, this pen is all black Eraser not needed, nah nah, ke-keep that Cuz my track bleached stat, medicinal beat back Smoke a rap down, then send it to rehab The nurse stuck it twice, the wrist had been sliced No suicide scene, just rap on thin ice Speakin' of the price, it seems about right Add a couple more holes, my hands could be Christ's, 'cause (ha) [Chorus]
