I have been playing guitar since I was 19 (I got a late start). I've been lucky enough to have been in a couple of really good bands. One of the highlights (so far) was opening for Live and Lynyrd Skynryd at The Pensacola Springfest in June 2004.

Story behind the song
This is actually two songs of a three song trilogy; we never got to the third song (the band broke up). I think these both have some nice dynamics between the slower, softer parts and the much heavier driving parts.
