Story behind the song
Yet another one of my favorite gospel hymns through piano. My sis used to sing this back in the day. Hope you are blessed by it.
Lyrics
Amazing grace shall always be my song of praise, for it was grace that brought my liberty; I do not know just why He came to love me so, He looked beyond my fault and saw my need. Chorus I shall forever life mine eyes to Calvary, to view the cross where Jesus died for me, how marvelous the grace that caught my falling soul; He looked beyond my fault and saw my need.

I have to agree with my friends...It just doesn't get any better than this J. Each note imbues a plethora of sentiment that can move mountains. Your musical talent is beyond words...I believe everyone who hears this rendition will be touch by its emotion and inspiration. MARVELOUS!!!

Sitting in my office with earbuds on and got totally lost in this beautiful rendition of a song I've adored since childhood when my grandmother used to sing it at the ole COGIC church in Compton California. Your eloquent style and sentimental approach make this a real keeper. Since day one, I've loved your playing and ability to use the piano in a solo setting without effort. This piece lives up to all previous standards and takes it up a notch. Thanks for evoking memories and for keeping alive a song that celebrates the wonderful nature of our Christ. :)

The way you play beautyness in perfection. From the second/third bar you yust know you have to hear this one till the last note played. You get totaly lost in this tune. Takes you away to a nice place. Thanks for sharing your music with us Mike! Mind - fingers and heart in perfect harmony!
