Starting with a classic "Native American" drum-line, this track follows through the notes of the flute a dream, a dream in the northern american landscapes where big mountains, clear waters, green tales and teepees are at home. One of the most expressive entries on the CBC-"Native-American" Challenge in my eyes, linearity and sobriety made this track so unique. Good work!!

To capture the native-indian spirit means that the listener should get up images of native people smokin peace-pipes,gatering around the fireplace , buffalo's and wild horses.
Hey I just descibed my mental pictures hearing YOUR great piece of nativ music. The heavy large drum-beat capture you'r imediate attention and the flute manage to get you in that state of mind where you got those mental pictures.
This one along with Tim Sanders native piece is the best pieces in this challenge.

this is truely inspired! beautiful!! great flute playing and melody! the synths really add depth and a touch of drama to the overall sound. i love the drums too! great song and production!!!

From the very start there is no doupt that this has the right flavour to set the imagination. Wonderful flutes and pads plus effects..pulsating rhythm takes you on a journey..Top shelf!

I really liked this. So many trails...the drum holding them all...the delicate flute fluttering about...and the synths taking me into dreamlike worlds. Great mix and production. Excellent!!

This is amazing - love the way it builds and yet maintains a sense of huge open space and melancholy beauty.

The traditional Native American drum beat sustains the ancestral pulse as the beautiful woven flute melodies dance superbly across the soundscape. Supreme production Alex, certainly befitting the evening theme. Highlights for me included your flutes melodies and airy mix.
