Lyrics
Not Fade Away Buddy Holly Bop, bop, bop bop Bop, bop, bop bop I'm a gonna tell you how it's going to be You're gonna give your love to me I wanna love you night and day You know my love will not fade away You know my love will not fade away My love is bigger than a Cadillac I try to show it, but you drive me back Your love for me has got to be real For you to know just how I feel A love for real not fade away Bop, bop, bop bop Bop, bop, bop bop I'm a gonna tell you how it's going to be A you're gonna give your love to me A love to last and then one day A love is love will not fade away A love is love will not fade away You know our love will not fade away You know our love will not fade away... Really like the groove in this Rod! Does have that "Big Bopper" feel to it - excellent arrangement and crystal-clear production!

Love the “bop, bop bop”. Nice! This song has a funky feel, yet it still holds that nostalgic Buddy Holly early rock vibe of the late 50’s. Very tragic about the short career of Mr. Holly, but his music lives on through the efforts of great musicians/singers like yourself. A really top notch rendition Rod.
