Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

Lyrics
Wake in the morning searching for the reasons to get up and join the fray. We look for joy in the beauty of the seasons for a reason to start the day. And when I put on my socks again I really can't tell for sure that when i move through the oxygen, did true wakefulness occur, or do I dream. And during morning breakfast the paper boy slaps me round with only bad news coming from the paper political mumbo filled with clowns, spinning round. Here I go again, here comes the spin, I'm falling in.

What a great tune! Them swirling guitars are perfect and the ending bridge is a great way to cap it all off.

Really a funny one! I like the 60's sound and the lyrics, the humor in it. Monthy Python could have performed this too (John Cleese). Good job for you both!

Hi Guys, Excellent and Major Snagg (David) hit the nail on the head of exactly what I was thinking. This smacks of Free as a bird style. Perhaps another lost Lennon track. Excellent guitar work and vocals and we wont mention this to George H. LOL! But yes very good in all facets including production and when you put together a beatley treasure you got my thumbs up all the way.

Wow, this has a great sound. Dare I say it, but it sounds like a song The Beatles would have recorded about the same time as 'Free As A Bird'. . . (a song I really love). This has all the same qualities. . . understated, easy going and classy. Well done guys.
