For this veteran and dedicated performer, staying busy and bringing great people great music is Mark Richardsons passion. He also stays true to his country root
2009 became a landmark year for Michigan-based country music artist Mark Richardson and his band, Tequila Town, as they opened for national acts such as Gretchen Wilson, Whitney Duncan, The McClymonts and Kenny Chesney, as well as performing with such acts as Rodney Atkins, Luke Bryan, and Phil Vassar at the 2009 WYCD Downtown Hoedown - the largest free country music festival in the nation! After the success of his debut album "Sounds from Tequila Town," the seasoned songwriter and performer is poised to roar into the new year with more shows than ever before! For this veteran and dedicated performer, staying busy and bringing great people great music is Richardson’s passion. He also stays true to his country roots with a strong dedication to his grassroots fans. As Brian Campbell of Buffaloathome.com says, "Sounds from Tequila Town is a beautiful record full of everything you love to hear from a country artist. Richardson has such a sincere way of singing, and a genuine songwriting style that you cannot help but like everything that he is doing." With dates already filling up, it's remarkable to see that Mark and his hard working band are also busy in the studio, with their sophomore effort, "Chasing Commerce," to be released soon. Listen for the single Mark wrote for Recording artist Alan Turner "If It’s Broke (I Can Fix It)" on your favorite country radio station now!!
