Lacking any real musical talent, I decided to use Punk-o-Matic to create some generic punk backgrounds to the various songs I had written. Recorded at low quality through a computer microphone, the songs are not musical masterpieces but the lyrics are still strong. Give it a listen, you might enjoy it.

An epidemic rages across our vast shores, All around the world the sick are looking for a cure, So little help and so little information, Preventable maladies become a termination, Already living on the edge of survival, Infections mean the reaper’s dark arrival, In the third world all the sick can do is suffer, As their lives deteriorate and get progressively rougher, Preventable! Preventable! Preventable! The pestilence only affects those who can’t afford the remedy, Preventable! Preventable! Preventable! So the sick and destitute are trapped in a quick sand sea. The modern day plague has vanquished 20 million souls, But their dismal story is very seldom told, Cast out of their families and banished from the tribe, In quarantined communes is where they end their lives, Looked down on by a society saturated by fear, Ignored by Westerners saying “it won’t happen here”, Those with a conscious are attacked by the drug lobby, As foreign aid will destroy market stability, Preventable! Preventable! Preventable! Trapped in a society plagued by a disease, Preventable! Preventable! Preventable! “Don’t help them, it’s their own stupidity!” Preventable! Preventable! Preventable! How much longer will there be this inequality? Preventable! Preventable! Preventable! Before long there is nothing left to see. Preventable!
