My name is Jeff “JD” Parker. I was born in Alabama, but I was raised in Indiana. It was in Indiana that I found I had a real love for music. I began to do talent shows at an early age. I was asked to do a public service announcement which aired on MTV and BET. I was also invited to Miami,FL for a youth rally, invited to rap before the dignitaries of Chicago,IL in Stateway Gardens, and I also did various TV shows giving my testimony. My testimony has been shared in prisons, juvenile centers, and homeless shelters throughout Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and Indianapolis. I use my music as a tool to be able to relate to people on all levels, because I too was once in their shoes and no the emotional drain from being lost. I am a firm believer that we have to go to the people and meet them where they are verses them coming to us. Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering towards slaughter. Proverbs 24:11 . My wife and I founded Dark Servant Enterprise the summer of 2011. Dark Servant Enterprise is the main branch of a variety of ministries. These ministries include a record label, a production company, street ministry, and volunteer services. In June 2011 I released my first album “JD’s Testimony”. I believe the Lord will continue to open doors so that I might be able to give my testimony to others and plant and water the seeds that will bring them into a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
