Finger style and Acoustic Progressive guitar, flute, synth and Mellotron.
Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

Like the cinematic feel to this. Love the mini soundtrack. Cool

Very funny one, with an atmosphere referring to the 70's. Although I rather get a Laurel and Hardy picture in my mind than a Bond movie, it's definitely in black and white.
Very imaginative, like many of your tracks. I'm glad I heard it too after so many years..........

A very fine and entertaining production, both sinister and whimsical.

Thanks for reviving this classic for our enjoyment. Love those ever descending chord progressions, a real trip down the rabbit hole, or whatever the Bond equivalent of that is :) And now I want an Optigon too.

The other players need to worry about this snazziest guy at the table, they could lose their shirts ;^)) Really liked the organ patch you're using here Carlo - and the smooth "wah" lead flowing around gives that 60s era feel. Well done!

Great song, Carlo! From the most appropriate title to the mysterious melody/beat to the expert instrumentation to the stereo sound. A wonderful contribution for the CBC James Bond Theme Challenge.

Had to Google "Optigan", I'd never heard of it before - amazing retro sound. Is that a real physical one you have or a VSTi? Either way it sounds so good, and perfectly matches the tune too. You have a knack of capturing a feeling or an emotion and this just brings back Swinging London on a sunny day in 1968 - fantastic!

This certainly has a smooth 'swinging sixties' aura to it. In fact it also brings to mind one of my favourite 80's bands too . . . Saint Etianne. Can you get the lovely Sarah Cracknell from that band to record a vocal part ? ;)
This is great Carlo, I agree with Jude; it's a very 'visual' kind of a track. Bond walking along 'Bond' :) Street in London, eying up the attractive girls on his way to meet Miss Moneypenny for that long promised date.

So I take it the Optigon is a new Q gadget? ;)
Stepped straight into a movie here Carlo, cocktails, a DB6, and a little something hidden in me shoe :)
