Story behind the song
A friend of my sisters was killed in a car accident by a drunk driver. My sister was in tears for days because of this. Since we were off at college together, and this happened back home, I was the one she turned to for comfort. I started to feel her hurt. When my sister feels sorrow and hurt she turns to friends for help, when I feel hurt, I write a song. This is a song to help ease the pain that comes with the loss of a loved one.
