Strange music for strange people.
Dollar Bill and The Unmentionables has been recording slightly silly music since 1989. In 2010 we started making videos to stare at while the song plays. Genre: varies, sometimes within the same song even. Be sure to check out the video page, as many of the songs have super high-budget (i.e. $0) music videos

Story behind the song
Recorded on a Korg D3200 with no easy way or desire to edit any of the takes so I really had to push my limits to get close to what I was trying to do. An animated video is available as well which follows the story I had in mind when I wrote the song. https://youtu.be/vJXjc2SxYio

Interesting intro. Hardly anything happening, but just enough to make you curious for more, then the drums start out of nowhere and we are into a jazzrock/fusion/progrock universe. The playing is awesome as is the musical talent behind this lovely piece. Super work, Morgan!

Wow this is a really cool and creative tune Bill. :) Funny song title too. :) I really like all the different parts you manage to put together here making the tune really interesting. From the darker synth sounds and fx's in the intro to the drum, bass and keyboard driven part and then over to some wonderful pianoplaying and a beautiful guitarsolo. Really nice work! Excellent performance and production.

With a title like this, how could i pass it by? Avant Rock or Progressive Insanity..whatever you wanna call it, it's a good example of why i listen to Indie Artists. Creative, fun, instrumentally interesting (loved those 100 foot tall kettle drums!) and unpredictable. Wild and whimsical. Great sonic adventure!

Kind of hallucinating. It sounds like you are just throwing out everything what's in your mind. The parts are totally different as well and in some parts (around 4:00 for example) you are more back on earth again. Maybe realizing your pudding has gone. Yeah the title is great as well. How did you come to that? You get a bit mad again after 5:15. This is experimental and very interesting. You never know what will happen next. Great job!

Brilliant stuff....I really love that bit that starts around 2:00, it has a kind of quirkiness about it which makes me smile. The change at around 3:00 is completely different again with a whole new vibe, and it twists again at around 5:10, followed by a great outro, where you can imagine them all wandering off to find more puddings, lol. Many different aspects and changes yet it all hangs together perfectly - superb composition.

This may be the answer as to why all the Jello pudding was missing from the shelves at Walmart... Now I feel bad for belittling the WM associate... Quite a sci-fi ballad here DB, from start to finish an adventurous musical trip!
