Story behind the song
I wrote 4love in 2007 and instantly it became one of my favorite of my own tunes, musically influenced by Lennon / Beatles and also the likes of westlife who i contantly get to hear thanks to my sis!.
Lyrically i hold these words very close to me especially the bridge lyric which is a bit of baring the soul stuff!!, I also like the sarcastic slant of some of the lyrics, after all love is such a funny emotion and can be a constant mystery and misery for most who fall into it!.
This is a remake as I hated the original recording on "touch the sky" and was determined to return to it especially after the good reaction it usually gets when played live acoustically, and this remake is a 100% improvement for me and im now happy to lay it to rest unless i ever get the chance to record it with a full band in a proper studio!.
