Story behind the song
This was an experiment that went "wrong" in a good way! I was originally trying to do a piece that was working with the seed idea of an H.P. Lovecraft story ("The Shadow Out of Time"), but the stuff I came up with in the last half wasn't dark, threatening, or scary, so it's now about some peaceful aliens who visited here in Earth's prehistory. Good potential soundtrack material.
